Brownie Allergens

Chocolate brownie: Contains EGGS, sugar, dark chocolate (SOYA), butter (MILK), flour (WHEAT).

Our brownies are baked with love in a kitchen that also handles nuts, gluten, dairy, and soy. We do our best to keep things tidy, but traces may still sneak in. Got a serious allergy? Pop us a message before ordering—your safety comes first (even before brownies).

Our Brownies are 100% HALAL.

How big are your Brownies?

Brownie Size:

Our 16-piece brownie slab is a sweet chunk of joy, measuring roughly 17.5cm (w) by 18cm (l) and tipping the scales at about 800g. Perfect for sharing (or not!), we suggest 2-3 pieces per person—that’s if you’re feeling generous!  

Shelf Life:  

These brownies stay delicious for up to a week at room temp, but here’s the trick: keep them sealed until you’re ready to dig in for maximum fudgy goodness and longer shelf-life!

What can I write on my Brownie?

We’re all about sweet messages—but some symbols just don’t make the cut.
Right now, we don’t have chocolate icons for these characters: ‘+=%@()<>£$@€#’.
If you sneak one in, no worries—we’ll swap it for a cute heart or star instead. (It’s our way of adding a little extra love!)

You can write anything on your brownie—sweet, silly, cheeky, even a little sweary.

But just so we’re clear: we don’t tolerate any hate. Any racist language or slurs will be rejected faster than you can say “extra fudge.” Keep it fun, not offensive!

When will I receive my Brownie?

All our brownies are delivered via Express Postage through Australia Post. Our goal is to ensure that you enjoy our brownie when its fudgy, fresh and most delicious, with quick delivery straight to your door.

Orders placed BEFORE 3PM are dispatched the NEXT DAY and will arrive between 1-2 business days. If you don't receive your brownie, visit the 'Contact Us' section and we will put on our Superhero cape and chase down your brownie!

Once you place your order, you'll get an order number and a tracking ID—so you can follow your brownie’s journey like a proud snack parent.

If, for any reason, that tracking ID doesn’t show up, just give us a shout and we’ll go full detective mode to find your runaway brownie.
